An upper-level trough will move eastward to near the eastern Seaboard on Sunday, as northwest flow aloft becomes established across much of the central and eastern part of the U.S. At the surface, a large area of high pressure will settle in across the south-central and southeastern U.S., keeping conditions relative dry and stable over most of the nation.
