The NWS Storm Prediction Center has issued a
* Tornado Watch for portions of
Southeast Indiana
Northern and Eastern Kentucky
Southwest Ohio
Far Southwest Virginia
* Effective this Sunday night and Monday morning from 1105 PM
until 600 AM EDT.
* Primary threats include…
A couple tornadoes possible
Widespread damaging winds likely with isolated significant gusts
to 75 mph possible
Isolated large hail events to 1 inch in diameter possible
SUMMARY…A severe squall line will likely move eastward across the
Watch area tonight. Severe damaging gusts and a risk for
line-embedded tornadoes will be the primary hazards.
The tornado watch area is approximately along and 80 statute miles
east and west of a line from 10 miles north of Cincinnati OH to 55
miles southeast of London KY. For a complete depiction of the watch
